Troy grew up in construction, learning the trade firsthand while helping his father build custom homes. He has been operating heavy equipment since childhood and has spent over 30 years working across excavation, concrete foundations, septic systems, and full residential construction.

Over his career, Troy has built custom homes from the ground up with minimal reliance on subcontractors, remodeled mountain cabins, and operated a successful excavation and concrete construction business throughout Teller and Park County. His background gives him a rare, practical understanding of how site conditions, foundations, drainage, septic systems, and structures all work together.

Known for his problem-solving ability and attention to detail, Troy approaches each project with a focus on long-term performance, not shortcuts. His hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and integrity set the standard for how Peak DirtWorks operates on every job.

Casey brings a strong understanding of construction operations, client coordination, and local permitting requirements to Peak DirtWorks. Having grown up around the construction industry, she understands the processes, terminology, and planning considerations that go into excavation, septic, and concrete projects — from early estimates through permitting and scheduling.

As the primary point of contact for many clients, Casey manages estimates, project communication, and coordination, ensuring expectations are clear and projects stay aligned with local requirements. Her ability to translate technical details into clear, practical guidance helps clients navigate complex projects with confidence.

In addition to day-to-day operations, Casey leads Peak DirtWorks’ in-house marketing, web presence, and media production, keeping Peak DirtWorks visible, accurate, and professionally represented online.
